Five nights in thailand. A little adventure. good food. Yoga.

And enough space to actually enjoy it.

I CAN’T WAIT FOR US TO TRAVEL TOGETHER!

I know what it’s like to keep moving because slowing down feels almost impossible. And I’ve learned that some of the biggest shifts in my own life have happened when I finally stopped trying to figure everything out and gave myself some space to breathe, get into nature, and be with my community. That’s what I want this retreat to be. This May, I’m leading us to the beautiful city of Chiang Mai, Thailand, for five nights of yoga, good food, adventure, rest and more space than most of us normally give ourselves.

We’ll practice each morning in the yoga shala, share nourishing meals, spend a day with rescued elephants, and have plenty of unstructured time to explore Chiang Mai just the way you want! Explore the city. Get some body work. Read by the pool. Take an extended nap. Do as much or as little as you want.

Why five nights? This is intentional. I want you to have a retreat and the freedom to experience Thailand on your own. I traveled here earlier in spring of 2026. Some of my favorite days came after the retreat ended, when I had time to explore on my own and that’s when I discovered Chiang Mai and fell in love with it! So rather than filling your entire trip with activities, this retreat gives you a foundation and plenty of room to make the rest of the journey your own. This was especially thoughtful for those balancing careers, families, and busy schedules. Five nights make it easy to to say yes. Come for the retreat, and if you have time, stay a little longer and explore Thailand at your pace.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

I'm Morgan Bosworth, a yoga teacher and certified life coach based in Austin, Texas. Over 12 years of teaching, I've learned that the most meaningful practice isn't about perfect poses. It's about consistency, staying open and spacious, and being curious about the journey in front of you.

I'm a 500+ certified yoga teacher. trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Mantra, Bhakti, Breathwork, and Mat Pilates, and I weave them together so every class feels approachable. My mantra is “do what you can and feel good about it.”
